Site Log ("the App") is a daily logging application for construction professionals. This privacy policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your data.
Account Information
When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and password. Your password is handled securely by Firebase Authentication and is never stored in plain text.
Log Data
The App stores the daily log entries you create, including dates, work types, contractor names, concrete suppliers, mix designs, yardage, weather conditions, temperatures, notes, and any other fields you fill in. This data is stored to provide the core functionality of the App.
Photos
When you attach photos to a log entry, they are uploaded to our cloud storage service. Photos are resized before upload to reduce file size. Photos are associated with your log entries and are accessible to anyone with access to the job they belong to.
Usage Data
We do not collect analytics, tracking data, or usage statistics. We do not use any third-party analytics services.
Your information is used solely to provide the functionality of the App. Account information is used for authentication and to allow team members to find and invite you by email. Log data and photos are stored so you and your team can access them across devices. PDF exports are generated on your device and are not stored on our servers.
Your data is stored using Google Firebase services (Authentication, Firestore Database, and Cloud Storage), which are hosted in the United States. Firebase's security practices and compliance certifications are available at firebase.google.com/support/privacy.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties. Your log data and photos are only accessible to you and to other users you explicitly invite to a job through the App's sharing feature.
Your data is retained as long as you maintain an active account. You can delete individual logs and jobs within the App at any time. If you wish to delete your entire account and all associated data, contact us at the email address below.
The App is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document.
